The pool area was a letdown, quite dirty and uninviting, but the lovely indoor garden really stood out, providing a tropical escape. Breakfast was tasty and a definite highlight. Some staff interactions weren’t the best, which put a damper on things.

The staff was particularly helpful and attentive at all levels. The breakfast was complimentary and large with cooked to order omelets and pastry selections and attention to detail...

Had very nice stay on a business trip and the weather was warm. The employees were amazingly efficient and kept it all fairly clean. The location was excellent in main areas. Further, it was really close to the restaurant, a funeral/memorial and a tropical forest of plants👌

The location is very convenient, the rooms were well appointed, the breakfast spread was very good.
I stayed in room# 321, Thursday night there was a leakage from the floor above (soda machine I guess), which created quite a mess in both the sink area (near the bathroom) and also in the living room area. The guest relations staff were very helpful in getting me another room quickly. So in all that was the only issue with my stay.

A decent spot for a family getaway
The breakfast was pretty good with tons of seating and a cook to make eggs just the way you want them and I really loved the whole ambiance of the place with all the greenery blooming everywhere it made for some great photos for the family album

We really enjoyed our two-night stay! The king suite was spacious, with a comfy bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delicious, just wish there were sugar-free options.

My son attended NY Yankees youth baseball camp and the stay at your facility was great. Hope to do it again next year.
Location the most and very good breakfast bar.

The indoor garden has always been very nice. The food in the bar area was good, as was the service.
The hotel is tired and needs some renovations. The shower head in our room was a disgrace to such a hotel. The Sunday breakfast was terrible. The fridge doesn't have a freezer and we couldn't freeze my ice-packs which I need as I am after surgery. The front desk staff could be more friendly.
